By downloading, installing, or using Sip: Hydration ("Sip", "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Sip is a hydration tracking application designed to help you monitor your daily water and beverage intake. The App provides:

Drink logging and tracking features
Personalized hydration goal calculations
Integration with Apple Health (optional)
Reminder notifications (optional)
Progress visualization and history

3. Medical Disclaimer

Sip is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

The hydration goals and recommendations provided by Sip are general guidelines based on common formulas and should not be considered medical advice. Individual hydration needs vary based on many factors including but not limited to:

Health conditions and medications
Physical activity level and intensity
Climate and environmental conditions
Pregnancy or breastfeeding status

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider for personalized hydration advice, especially if you have any health conditions or concerns.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when using the App
Use the App only for its intended purpose of personal hydration tracking
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
Not use the App for any unlawful purpose

5. Apple Health Integration

If you choose to enable Apple Health integration, you acknowledge that:

Sip will read and/or write data to Apple Health as described in our Privacy Policy
You can revoke these permissions at any time through iOS Settings
Apple's terms and conditions apply to all HealthKit data

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Sip, including but not limited to the design, graphics, and code, are owned by Apalos LTD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apalos LTD and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
Any health outcomes or decisions made based on information provided by the App

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
