Real-time blink pattern monitoring and analysis
Eye wellness scoring with trend tracking
Intelligent break suggestions based on your physiology
Cross-platform support for macOS, Windows, Linux, and web browsers

3. Medical Disclaimer

EyeRhythm is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

The wellness scores and break suggestions provided by EyeRhythm are general guidelines based on blink pattern analysis and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider or eye care professional for personalised advice, especially if you have any eye conditions or concerns.

4. Camera Access

EyeRhythm requires access to your device's camera to function. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

Camera access is used solely for blink detection and monitoring
No video data is recorded, stored, or transmitted
All camera processing happens locally on your device
You can revoke camera access at any time through your device settings

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for its intended purpose of personal eye wellness monitoring
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
Not redistribute or resell the App

All content, features, and functionality of EyeRhythm, including but not limited to the design, graphics, algorithms, and code, are owned by Apalos LTD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apalos LTD and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
